***By purchasing from Gecko Freak, you agree to the following terms and conditions.***

All leopard geckos are sold as live animals. We make every effort to accurately represent each animal's genetics, sex, traits, and overall condition.

Animal descriptions and photos are provided to the best of our knowledge. Genetics are based on information available to us from our breeding records and lineage.

All sales are final unless otherwise stated in these terms.

Our geckos are cared for using proper husbandry practices before leaving our facility.

We guarantee that the animal is healthy and feeding normally to the best of our knowledge at the time it leaves our care.

Upon receiving your gecko, we recommend placing it into a proper quarantine setup and allowing it time to adjust to its new environment.

Stress from transportation and relocation may temporarily affect eating, activity, or behavior.

Customers must inspect their gecko immediately upon arrival.

If an animal arrives deceased, you must contact us within 2 hours of delivery and provide clear photo/video evidence.

Failure to provide the required evidence within the stated time may result in the guarantee being void.

Live animals will only be shipped when weather and transportation conditions are considered reasonably safe.

We reserve the right to delay shipping due to:

• Extreme temperatures
• Severe weather
• Carrier delays
• Holidays
• Other conditions that may put the animal at risk

Once the animal has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delays caused by the carrier are outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and being available to receive the animal.

We are not responsible for animals left unattended outside or for issues caused by an incorrect shipping address.

If a shipment is delayed by the carrier, we will work with the customer to determine the best course of action.

Carrier delays do not automatically qualify for a refund.

We strongly recommend tracking your shipment and being available when the animal is scheduled to arrive.

Customers choosing local pickup must arrange a pickup time with us.

Animals must be picked up within the agreed-upon timeframe.

Failure to pick up an animal without contacting us may result in additional care fees or cancellation of the order.

If a deposit or payment plan is offered, the terms will be agreed upon before the animal is reserved.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, deposits are non-refundable.

An animal is not considered fully purchased until the agreed-upon balance has been paid.

Failure to complete an agreed-upon payment plan may result in the animal being made available for sale again.

Once an animal has been reserved, we may remove it from our available inventory.

Customers should carefully consider their purchase before placing a deposit or reserving an animal.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a reservation when necessary.

Due to the nature of selling live animals, returns are generally not accepted.

Refunds are only provided when specifically approved by Gecko Freak and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

Customers may not return an animal without contacting us first.

We make every effort to accurately identify the sex and genetics of our animals.

However, some traits and genetic information may be difficult to determine with absolute certainty, especially with young animals.

If an animal is listed as "possible het," "ph," or "pos het," this means the genetic trait has not been visually confirmed.

Genetic claims are based on our breeding records and available lineage information.

Once the animal has been transferred to the customer, the customer is responsible for providing appropriate:

• Housing
• Temperature
• Humidity
• Nutrition
• Hydration
• Supplements
• Veterinary care
• General husbandry

Bren Geckos is not responsible for illness, injury, or death resulting from improper care after the animal has been transferred to the customer.

If an animal is purchased for breeding purposes, we cannot guarantee breeding success.

Breeding success can be affected by age, genetics, environment, husbandry, health, compatibility, and many other factors.

Purchasing an animal advertised as a breeder does not guarantee offspring, egg production, fertility, or specific genetic outcomes.

Photos are intended to accurately represent the animal.

Colors and patterns may appear different depending on lighting, camera settings, shedding, and individual display settings.

An animal may also change in appearance as it grows and matures.

Gecko Freak reserves the right to refuse or cancel a sale when we believe it is in the best interest of the animal or business.

We may refuse a sale if we believe the customer cannot provide appropriate care or if there are concerns regarding the transaction.

By purchasing an animal, the customer confirms that they:

• Understand basic leopard gecko care requirements.
• Have appropriate housing prepared before receiving the animal.
• Are able to provide proper food, heating, supplementation, and veterinary care.
• Understand that leopard geckos are living animals and may experience health issues.
• Agree to follow these Terms & Conditions.

Gecko Freak reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

The terms in effect at the time of purchase will generally apply to that transaction.
